Juls started her yoga practice in 2012 and proceeded to get her 200 hour teacher training 2016 after her Freshman year of college. Later in 2017, she became a Barre Amped instructor and makes sure to sprinkle some extra pulses into all of her classes.
She loves teaching an upbeat vinyasa-barre fusion class just as much as a chill slow flow. As a fellow student on their own self acceptance journey, she teaches meditation and yoga nidra with a heavy focus on personal peace.
When she’s not in the studio, you can find her hiking around the world, searching for the best coffee in town, or trying out another fitness class in Pittsburgh!
